About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our New South Wales team. While our head office is located in Macquarie Park, this role will support projects across various sites throughout NSW.
The Project Engineer will assist the project team with planning and coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and in line with schedule requirements.
You will be responsible for:

Ensuring requirements are achieved with regards to the safety, construction, and technical aspects of the project

Assist in coordinating project resources – people, plant, and equipment

Managing contractors to ensure the project meets deadlines
-
Assessing material upon delivery to ensure compliance with project specific specification
-
Regular reporting on site activities to Project/Operations/Technical Manager
-
Establish and maintain solid working relationships with clients
About you
To be successful in this role you will be a team player, adaptable, and someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and joining our team out on site.
To be considered for this position, you will:

Degree qualified in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

Demonstrated experience in a similar position

Have a sound understanding of geotechnical and foundation systems

A solid understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of projects
-
Great communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
-
A strong commitment to safety to achieve a zero-harm environment
